POOR - Signs of heavy wear and tear.

FAIR - Signs of a club showing age related marks and wear and tear.

GOOD - Signs of use but nothing major.

VERY GOOD - Signs of use however minimal wear.

EXCELLENT - Signs of minimal or no use.

BRAND NEW - New, never been hit.

Please use this guide along with observing the photographs of the club/clubs you are interested in.

Are the photographs and descriptions up to date?

We make sure all our photographs are up to date and the descriptions are as accurate as possible. Please view the photographs properly and read the descriptions provided (keep in mind most of the items are used and not brand new). We also stress that any customer requiring further information on an item contacts us as we are always happy to help with any queries and can take/send more photographs if required.

STEP 2: We’ll offer you a price for your clubs within 24 hours. STEP 3: If you’re happy with the price, great — you’re ready to proceed. STEP 4: Carefully package your clubs to ensure they’re protected in transit and send them to us. All parcels must be sent via tracked delivery with a signature required — this ensures the shipment is secure and fully traceable. We contribute up to $50 towards postage costs (receipt required). Parcels sent without tracking and signature are done so at the sender’s risk. Depending on your location, we may contribute towards shipping costs. STEP 5: Once your clubs arrive, we’ll carry out a quick inspection and release payment straight away — simple and hassle-free. PLEASE NOTE: Make sure the description of your clubs is accurate and honest highlighting any defects and include photos of damaged areas also. Failing to disclose defects may result in your offer being reduced or your items being returned. (this is something we do not like doing). Let's keep the golf equipment market honest! It is the sellers responsibility to make sure the item they are sending is packaged appropriately to ensure no damage during transportation.
